# Broadcom Partner Certification Process Guide(2025)

## 개요

 Broadcom Global Partner Enablement Team에서 2024.11.22. 진행한 웨비나 내용을 정리한 문서이다.

파트너 자격 프로그램 소개 및 각 역할에 대한 자격을 획득하는 방법을 가이드한다.

### 1. Partner Certification Process: Overview

</td><td>- 브로드컴에서는 각각의 롤을 기반으로 하여 기본 자격인 Proven Professional과 고급 자격인 Certified Expert을 부여한다.
    
    
    - Knight 자격은 특수 자격(별도의 요건 필요)
- 뱃지를 획득하면 Credly에서 확인이 가능하다.
- CertMetrics 프로필(계정)이 없어도 뱃지는 획득 가능하나, CertMetrics에 등록이 되어야 공식 인증이 된다.

- 각 제품에서 5개의 롤에 대한 Proven Professional과 Certified Expert 자격을 획득할 수 있다.

</td><td>- Stage 2인 Proven Professional 자격은 시험을 통해 획득할 수 있다.
    
    
    - 해당 역할과 제품에 대한 시험은 파트너 포털의 Playlist에 표시된다.
- Stage 3, Certified Expert 자격 획득을 위해서는 능력을 입증해야 한다.
    
    
    - 작년과 입증 방식이 바뀌었다.
    - Certified Expert의 경우, 시험을 치러서 획득하는 방식이 아닌 PoC, 서비스 지원 등 각자의 역할에 맞는 역할을 수행하고 그 증거를 브로드컴에 전송해 인증하여 획득할 수 있다.
- Certified Expert 자격 획득을 위해서는 Proven Professional 자격이 선행되어야 한다.

    - 마케팅, 포지셔닝 및 가치 제안 능력을 길러야 한다.
    - 자격을 획득하기 위해서는 파트너 포탈의 Playlist를 따라 교육을 수강하고 테스트를 수행한다.

    - 제품을 시연할 수 있는 능력을 가지고 있어야 한다.
    - 자격을 획득하기 위해서는 파트너 포탈의 Playlist를 따라 교육을 수강하고 테스트를 수행한다.
    - 혹은, 30분 분량의 Demo 동영상을 제출하여 인증한다.

<p class="callout info">특정 제품에 대한 시험이 없는 경우에는 Broadcom SME에게 개인의 역량을 입증하거나, 해당 제품에 대한 데모를 수행하는 30분 짜리 동영상을 제출하여 자격을 획득할 수 있다. (모든 역할에 해당)</p>
