개요문서의 목적
누가브로드컴의 무엇을역할 통해기반 어떻게인증 할체계는 ‘Proven Professional’, ‘Certified Expert’, 그리고 최상위 등급인 ‘Knight’ 레벨로 구성되어 있다. 파트너 및 VMware by Broadcom의 엔지니어가 원활하 자격 취득을 진행할 수 있도록 한다.
자격 기준 요소
VMware by Broadcom의 자격 체계는 3차원이다. 분야/역할레벨로 나뉜다. 테이블로 2차원 정렬은 어렵다. 3개 요소를 통합하여 검증을 진행하면 자격/뱃지를 취득할 수 있다. 자격/뱃지는 "레벨 - 분야 - 역할"로 표기한다.

분야
(그림) VMware by Broadcom은 각 제품을 통합하여 번들링 및 솔루션으로 변경하였다. 기존의 각 제품은 컴포넌트라 한다. 그 외 전문성을 요구하는 분야 및 제품에 대해 Specialization으로 별도 명기한다.

Broadcom이 요구하는 역할 별 공인 교육을 수료하고, Pearson VUE의 시험을 통과한다.
Certified Expert (CE)
회득한 PP의 역할로서 엔드유저와 비즈니스 추진 경력을 증빙한다. 증빙 준비 서류는 역할 별로 상이하다.
Knight
전문성을 요구하는 스페셜라이제이션 분야의 CE를 취득하고, 즉시 사용가능한 솔루션 랩 보유를 증빙한다.
별첨통합
역할/분야/레벨 각 요소를 이해했다면 자격 취득을 준비할 수 있다.
플랫폼 세일즈 및 플랫폼 프리세일즈
PP: 일반 비대면 녹화 교육 수료
CE: 수료한 교육 과정에 해당하는 시뮬레이션 및 시험을 통과
플랫폼 테크니컬
PP 일괄: 지원한 플랫폼의 역할 별 Pearson VUE 자격 시험을 통과
Implementation CE
2 곳 이상의 고객 대상 사업 이행 증빙
Architect CE
2 곳 이상의 고객 대상 설계 문서 작성 증빙
Support CE
1년 이상의 기술 지원 엔지니어 경력 증빙
100개 이상의 고객 지원 케이스 증빙
지원 플랫폼 별 버전에 맞는 증빙을 제출해야한다. 예를 들어, VCF 5 사업 증빙 서류를 VCF 9 사업 증빙 서류로 쓸 수 없다.
특화 테크니컬
PP 일괄: 플랫폼 테크니컬과 마찬가지로 Pearson VUE 자격 시험을 통과
CE 일괄: 고객 대상 사업 진행 중 스페셜라이제이션을 발휘한 업무 문서 증빙
Knight - VCF
Technical Knight - VCF 자격 신청은 VMware by Broadcom의 Regional Technical Officer에게 요청하여 진행한다.
지원자는 하기의 요소를 갖춰야 한다.
신원이 확실하고 검증 가능한 자
단독으로 VCF 9 배포 가능한 자
역할/특화에 맞는 솔루션 랩을 보유한 자
역할에 맞게 Go to Market (GTM) 시연할 수 있는 자
파트너 또는 인재는 솔루션 랩을 보유하고, 각 Knight가 자신의 역할을 수행할 수 있도록 지속 제공해야만 한다.
